We pride ourselves on being an independent fitness provider – and dedicate ourselves to providing a facility perfect for all abilities The core of our business is to build a community of like-minded individuals who are all on journeys of self improvement.
Whether your goal is to lose body fat, increase muscle mass, maintain or improve fitness – we cater for all. We know that a gym is a daunting place but whether this is your first time visiting a gym or 100th time – we are here to build your confidence and help you grow as a person.

Open Training
We have now introduced Open Training sessions allowing members the use of our facilities for training without a personal trainer.
Whether you want to build strength, keep fit or get some cardio in – our gym can facilitate that.
Limited spaces available to ensure our gym doesn’t become overcrowded giving you space and the ability to train freely.

Our aim is to push your mental and physical performance further and help you pull your full potential quickly and safely. Whether it is fat loss, muscle building, athletic performance or injury rehab we have the expertise to meet your needs; Your training will revolve around your personal lifestyle, making incremental changes that impacts exponential transformations. At Chapter, we understand it is about you – it is personal.
We all live in a fast-paced environment trying to balance our work, family and lifestyle with our health not always being at the forefront where it should be. Want to team-up with a friend or partner? Why not consider two-to-one personal training. Share a personal trainer and keep each other motivated and accountable making your workouts more enjoyable!
Can I train with my partner if we have different fitness levels? Absolutely, we tailor our sessions to ensure you both get the most out of the session and work towards reaching your goals.

Small Group Training
Our small group training sessions at Chapter are designed for an excellent full-body workout in an indoor setting. These sessions are designed to help your fitness goals – whether it’s to build strength, improve your endurance, or to lose body weight.
Our sessions place an emphasis on strength work using our gym equipment with some cardio and core work thrown in to get your heart rate up! We have sessions that suit everyone led by our highly-qualified coaches.
As group sizes are kept to a maximum of 8 people, you’ll benefit from the close attention of a fully-qualified personal trainer, whilst enjoying the dynamic and motivating energy of a group. They are also kept at an affordable rate for you to supplement your fitness routine.
Our trainers will tailor the session to suit each individual’s abilities and goals, with the aim to maximise your results quickly and safely.
All fitness levels are welcomed.

Functional Fitness
The key component of a functional training workout is simply moving; more specifically, to move in multiple directions, at a number of different speeds and using a wide variety of exercise equipment in order to engage every muscle in the body.
The human body is made to move. Functional training means that exercises are based on movement patterns not isolated muscle actions.
Saturdays at 9.30am at Chapter Gym.

Book in with our massage and stretch therapist in house at Chapter Gym.
Treatments include: Warm Bamboo Massage, Dynamic Assisted Stretching, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
