What Is Small Group Personal Training?
Small Group Personal Training gives you the expertise of a personal trainer with the energy and support of a small group. Sessions are capped at just 4–6 people, so your coach can give you personalised feedback, correct your form, and adapt workouts to your goals – all while keeping the atmosphere motivating and fun.
You’ll get the results of 1-to-1 coaching at a fraction of the cost, with the added drive that comes from training alongside others.
